- I can't see it on my desk, can I? (Yes, you can.)
- It is not small, isn't it? (No, it is not).
- It is black, isn't it? (Yes, it is).
- We usually write on it, don't we? (Yes, we do.)

4. Проверка домашнего задания
- It's time to check up your homework. You will have two minutes lo remember your dialogues in groups and then we shall listen to your dialogues. Your time is up. Who wants to be the first? Listen to the dialogues carefully and help me to choose the best one.
Учитель организует проверку домашнего задания. Дети повторяют диалоги в группах в течение 2 минут, а затем по очереди представляют их перед классом. Установка для слушателей: прослушать все диалоги внимательно и выбрать лучший.

- I agree with you. Could we arrange a date and time right now?

6. Ознакомление с правилами этикета
- As you know it is important to be polite. Today we shall learn what people in Britain usually do in different situations and compare it with the Russian style of life. Let's read the sentences from the table of exercise 27, page 35 from your textbooks and translate if it is necessary. Share your ideas what-we usually do in Russia and fill in the table.
Учитель привлекает внимание детей к таблице упр. 27, с. 35 из учебника и предлагает прочитать и сравнить правила поведения людей в различных ситуациях в Великобритании и России. В случае необходимости учитель может перевести некоторые словосочетания из таблицы.
7. Закрепление правил поведения. Тренировка навыков устной речи
- Now we know what to do in certain situations. I hope you will easily do exercise 28, page 35. Read the parts of the sentences to yourself and match them. Who wants to start? Listen to Ira and agree or disagree with her. Work in pairs and remember what other customs you can add.

8. Закрепление навыков орфографии
- We have learnt different names of clothes. You will have the cards with some words. You must complete the words with the letters.
Учащиеся получают задание на карточках и вписывают пропущенные буквы в слова. Проверка задания на карточках осуществляется в конце урока: ученики выходят к доске по очереди и записывают по одному слову из темы «Мы собираемся путешествовать».
